Good Afternoon Hurricanes, 

With 2 meets left, we are approaching the end of our season and I could not be more grateful for all the help and hard work you have put into this team. Somehow, even short a few positions, we managed to pull off an amazingly smooth meet last weekend. I would like to thank all the volunteers, especially the ones who filled in our empty shifts, volunteered when they didn't need to, and those that worked 2 shifts even though they only signed up for one. My biggest fear in taking on this position is what I was going to do at the end of the season when parents have fulfilled their hours and we still have shifts to fill and no one to fill them. We are here! I am hoping with only 2 meets left we can really around the Hurricanes, fill the positions needed, and finish strong! 

That being said, here are the shifts we still need filled for Saturday:

6 and Under Girls Tent Parent- 2

7/8 Girls Tent Parent- 2

Timer Second Shift - 7

Divisionals Volunteer Sign-Up has been opened. You will notice that the shifts are a little different. Since we will be racing against 4 teams, we are running this meet with 3 shifts instead of 2. We will also be sharing the responsibilities between all for teams so we don't need as many volunteers. Please feel free to sign up for 1,2, or 3 shifts in any given position. We will need all the help we can get!
