Happy Monday team,

Lots of information in this email so please bare with me. I have been out of town with my family the last week and cannot wait till go get back to the team. Sounds like we’ve missed quiet the adventure this past weekend. Please be aware that we send most of our information for the coming weeks as well as time drops and swimmers of the week in our weekly newsletter. Please make sure to check the newsletter so you do not miss that information. 

Stroke clinics start this week

Starting this week we will have stroke clinics for our swimmers. We will have two times for your swimmers to register. Ages 10 and under will go from 10:30-11 and our 11 and ups will have an opportunity to sign up from 11-11:30. Each day of the week we will practice a particular stroke. Each registration will be $15 for a 30 minute lesson. Links will open later today. 
MONDAY: Breaststroke 

TUESDAY: Backstroke 

WEDNESDAY: Fly 

THURSDAY: Starts and Turns 

We will need a min. of 4 swimmers to be able to host a clinic. The ratio will be 4 swimmer to 1 coach. Registration is done in the same manner and swim team registration. Please look on the website for those links. 

Private lessons 

Coaches are doing private lessons again this year. The amount they are charging across the board is $25 for 30 minutes. Please email me if you would like to work with a specific coach and I will give you their contact information. Also look at the newsletter to see a more about the strengths of each coach.

Spirit night!!!

Tomorrow is our first spirit night!!! Please invite your friends and family out to Phil’s and Amy’s from 11-10 to support our team. Also look out for coaches and please send pictures or tag the team on Facebook!! 

Pep Rally this Thursday!

Our first pep rally is this Thursday night, information in the newsletter. Don’t miss it!!!
